Terms & Conditions – Vehicle Key Supply & Programming.
1. Services Provided: We supply, cut (where applicable), and program vehicle keys and remote fobs to customer vehicles. Our service relates solely to the key and its programming, not to the overall condition of the vehicle or its locking system.
2. No Guarantee of Fault Resolution: Programming or supplying a replacement key does not guarantee resolution of existing vehicle faults. Vehicle issues may be caused by: Faulty door locks or actuators, Body control modules (BCM), Antennas or sensors, Wiring faults, Previous vehicle damage or modifications or If the vehicle has an underlying electrical or mechanical fault, a new key may not correct the issue.
3. Diagnosis Limitations: Any advice or opinion given is based solely on key-related diagnostics available at the time of the visit. We do not carry out full vehicle diagnostics and are not responsible for faults outside the key or immobiliser system.
4. Payment & Bespoke Goods: All keys supplied and programmed are bespoke goods, individually coded to a specific vehicle. Once programming has been completed, the key cannot be reused or resold, Payment is non-refundable, unless the key itself is proven to be faulty or incorrectly programmed.
5 Refunds & Faulty Goods Refunds or replacements will only be offered if: The supplied key is defective, or Programming was not carried out correctly. No refund will be issued where: The key operates correctly or a separate vehicle fault is later identified.
6. Customer Responsibility: The customer confirms that: They are the legal owner or authorised user of the vehicle, The vehicle is in a condition suitable for key programming, All existing vehicle faults have been disclosed where known.
7. Limitation of Liability :We are not liable for: Pre-existing vehicle faults, Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to the supplied key, Costs of further repairs required by third-party mechanics. Our liability is limited to the cost of the key and programming service provided.
